This cute blue bear is the new image of Bare Sock Studio. To celebrate my 200th sale on Etsy with Bare Sock Crafts, I decided to change the logo and image.
I decided to name my Etsy store Bare Sock Crafts as a tribute to the innocence and creativity of my son, who at a young age asked if he could go into the back yard 'Bare Sock' . He had been told he could not go out bare foot, so when he found himself wearing socks he made up his own term as kids that age usually do.
I think blue bear represents some of the characteristics that I strive to have in my toys, I want them to be cheerful, childlike and playful and I hope that is what blue bear makes you feel when you see it.
